The specialized in-situ surface milling/grinding machine is capable of achieving very high degree of accuracy, to the tune of 0.025 mm over a length of 6 meter is achievable. |

• Appropriate ND Tests to determine cracks and damaged areas.
• Metal stitching of cracks in cylinder heads and valve cages if any found.
• Replacing of damaged valve seat and valve guide includes our scope of valve cage rehabilitation.
• Appropriate pre and post procedures undertaken during changing of new valve seats .
• Repairing of punchers and cracks on damaged valve cages.
• Valve seat pocket grinding to remove ovality and achieve oversize dimension with our special pocket grinding machine that maintain the concentricity of valve pocket with valve guide.
• Worn-out and pitted areas like seating area and valve pockets are ground to OEM specification.
• Component brought back to almost new condition.
• Repaired component tested under 7 to 8 bar pressure and circulating water at a temperature around 95 degree Celsius. |
