In-situ Bed plate machining
Engine bed plate machining is carried out to remove fretting and wear damages, which cause uneven seating between mating faces. The specialized in-situ surface milling/grinding machine is capable of achieving very high degree of accuracy, to the tune of 0.025 mm over a length of 6 meter is achievable.

In-situ Cylinder Head and Valve Rehabilitation
• Appropriate ND Tests to determine cracks and damaged areas.

• Metal stitching of cracks in cylinder heads and valve cages if any found.

• Replacing of damaged valve seat and valve guide includes our scope of valve cage rehabilitation.

• Appropriate pre and post procedures undertaken during changing of new valve seats .

• Repairing of punchers and cracks on damaged valve cages.

• Valve seat pocket grinding to remove ovality and achieve oversize dimension with our special pocket grinding machine that maintain the concentricity of valve pocket with valve guide.

• Worn-out and pitted areas like seating area and valve pockets are ground to OEM specification.

• Component brought back to almost new condition.

• Repaired component tested under 7 to 8 bar pressure and circulating water at a temperature around 95 degree Celsius.

Connecting Rod Rehabilitation
• Ultra-sonic testing to determine invisible damages.

• Grinding and restoration of damaged serration.

• Internal grinding of big end and small end bores to remove ovality.

• Face grinding to maintain the trueness.

• Determination of invisible damages eliminates the risk of failure during future operations.

• Fine surface finish achieved during grinding and tested with digital surface roughness gauge.

• Accuracy and finish achieved as per OEM specification.
